ATLANTA – (BestWire) Georgia voters will elect a new insurance commissioner in November — maybe for the last time.   Gov. Sonny Perdue proposed a constitutional amendment to make the state’s four elected constitutional offices, including that of insurance and safety fire commissioner, into appointed positions.
