Moneysupermarket launches motorbike insurance channel

Moneysupermarket.com has unveiled a “next generation” motorbike insurance comparison service, which claims to be the fastest and most accurate available.

The tool has been designed in line with the price comparison website’s recently launched car insurance channel, where customers can get a quote in less than three minutes.

Currently, quotes can be obtained from 19 of the main motorbike insurers, including market leaders Bennetts, and in accordance with the Association of British Insurers’ code of conduct, quotes show both voluntary and compulsory excesses, so there are no nasty surprises for customers needing to make a claim.

The website’s head of motor insurance, Steve Sweeney, says: “We have worked hard with both our customers and the insurance companies to develop a site that is quick and easy to use, displays the policy information in the clearest way possible, and allows customers to make a really comprehensive comparison, so they can find a great deal which suits their requirements.”
